Tips for guitar tuning

There are many good tuners that can be found on Google. However, you probably will not have a computer at hand, while playing in a band. I learned a tip from being in a band that is in standard tuning, if I knew it was a string in tune, you could adjust the rest of the guitar. Here’s how it works. Those of (eBGDAE), suppose that E is in tune, but everything else is off. Put your finger on the 5th Fret and start the next highest string. Turn your guitar tuner to match the string depressed. Repeat for the next chain. However, the model deviates from the D-> E Tuning. Instead of depressing Fret 5, press 4 Fret D string and tune until the string open. The latest A-> E is still the method 5-0. For a quick check, harmonics can also be used, place your finger on the string just above the 5th fret, but not yet 6. Do not lose the chain. In the following string as the 7th fret. Pluck the two strings. If you are in tune, the noise should be the same tone. Good luck and happy tuning!
