Hudson serenades Streisand at Grammy bash
The music world celebrates the Grammy tribute weekend, tests, feasts and suites. Here’s an overview:
Blowout Pre-Party
Jennifer Hudson has paid tribute to Barbra Streisand in the song, Mary J. Blige gave a gut ripping performance in honor of his musical mentor and Rihanna made a fashion statement, like the stars lined up for the annual Clive Davis Grammy before hatch.
Part of Davis is always a need for the music industry in Hollywood, and were in force at the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the gala Saturday: Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, Black Eyed Peas, Jane Fonda, Usher, Quincy Jones, Jean Wyclef Jean, Akon, Carrie Underwood and more varied, if only.
Rihanna came out with gal pal Katy Perry and Perry’s new boyfriend, comedian Russell Brand for much of the night. His appearance is notable because it was after she and her boyfriend Chris Brown has attended the festival in Davis last year that Brown had assaulted.
This year, celebrate with friends like the Canadian rapper Drake and impressed the audience with asymmetrical dress in tulle, making him seem to wear a sweet cotton dress.
On stage were the performances by artists such as peas, Blige, Ke $ ha, Underwood, Maxwell, Harry Connick Jr. and Jamie Foxx. The peas that are up for six Grammy Awards, performed her hit “My Humps,” Fergie then joined Slash is performed as Guns N ‘Roses classic “Sweet Child of Mine,” which won the applause – but not enough for Will. Dance Commander
